Brendan Rodgers & Leicester
It’s yet to be confirmed but momentum is rapidly building towards Leicester City appointing Brendan Rodgers as their new manager.
Reports broke on Tuesday morning that Rodgers had left Celtic to speak to the Foxes.
The Leicester post is vacant following Claude Puel’s sacking a few days ago.
Amongst the rumours, it’s being claimed that coach Kolo Toure will also leave Celtic to move to the King Power Stadium.
Leicester could end up paying Celtic 6 million pounds.
Liverpool vs Man City in the Premier League title race
Some Liverpool fans are getting excited for Brendan Rodgers to join Leicester.
Many are predicting that the Premier League title race will go down to the wire.
Liverpool are currently a point above Man City in the standings.
Looking ahead in the fixture list, the penultimate round of the season is already looking tasty.
In week 37 of the season, Manchester City take on Leicester City at the Etihad stadium.
At the same time, former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez will lead out his Newcastle side at St James’ Park against Liverpool.
Cynical Man City fans may already start to worry that the Liverpool forces will all conspire to work against them in a probable pivotal week in the title race.
