Henrikh Mkhitaryan to leave Arsenal?
On Sunday, Henrikh Mkhitaryan was a second-half sub as Arsenal drew 2-2 with Tottenham.
Mkhitaryan replaced Alexandre Lacazette, after the French forward requested to come off in the north London derby.
Mkhitaryan was picked for Arsenal’s opener this season, as the Gunners won 1-0 at Newcastle.
However, the Armenian was left out the Arsenal XI against Burnley, while he was a sub against both Liverpool and Spurs.
It seems clear that Mkhitaryan isn’t a starter for Unai Emery.
Moreover, during Arsenal’s failed pursuit of Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha, rumours spread that Arsenal were ready to sell Mkhitaryan to fund that deal.
On Monday, rumours are flying about that Mkhitaryan may leave Arsenal before the day is over.

Mkhitaryan may join Roma on loan
September 2nd is the final day of the European summer transfer window.
The Daily Mail report that Roma could land Mkhitaryan before the window closes:
Roma are hopeful of securing a loan deal for Arsenal winger Henrikh Mkhitaryan before the European transfer window shuts, according to Sky Sports Italy.
The Armenian, 30, has dropped down the pecking order in north London following the £72million arrival of Nicolas Pepe and emergence of young winger Reiss Nelson.

What we don’t know about Roma’s interest in Mkhitaryan
The Daily Mail fail to detail how Mkhitaryan’s loan could be structured.
One suspects that Roma would need to pay Arsenal to sign Mkhitaryan, however the financial details aren’t revealed.
It’s also unclear if Roma would secure an option to buy Mkhitaryan if they close terms on the loan move.
Update: Football London’s James Benge has answered some of the above questions.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan on his way to Roma. I’m told they’ll be covering the majority of his wages and of course paying a loan fee. As I understand it there’s no option to buy, although of course clubs will be willing to negotiate a permanent deal if his time there is a success.

Last season, Mkhitaryan scored six goals and chipped in with four assists in 25 Premier League matches.
Mkhitaryan scored six goals in 39 games in all competitions.
Can Arsenal shift Shkodran Mustafi?
According to Goal.com’s Charles Watts, it “could be a busy day at the Emirates” with regards to outgoings.
It’s reported that Arsenal believe that it’s “possible” Shkodran Mustafi leaves the club today.
Unfortunately, Charles Watts fails to name any possible suitors for Mustafi.
In addition, it’s unclear whether Mustafi would leave Arsenal as part of a loan deal or in a permanent transfer.
Could be a busy day at the Emirates. Talks with Roma ongoing over a loan move for Mkhitaryan. Looking likely. Also told an exit for Mustafi is possible today.
