Alvaro Morata: Eden Hazard would accept Real Madrid move

Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata claims Eden Hazard would accept a move to Real Madrid should the European champions come knocking.

The Belgian has recently admitted joining Los Blancos is his “dream” and how he came close to joining the Spanish club over the summer.

Although, Hazard remains “happy” at Stamford Bridge and will not push for a move, according to Morata.

Morata on Hazard: “If Madrid come in for him, that won’t be an obstacle”

Eden Hazard celebrates during the Premier League match between Chelsea and Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on December 2, 2017 in London, England.

The 27-year-old has started life under Maurizio Sarri with a flourish netting seven goals in eight Premier League appearances.

Real Madrid are expected to revive their interest in the forward and his teammate Morata states he is unlikely to reject his former club.

Morata told Cuatro:

“We’ve said that it’s not that he wants to leave Chelsea.

“But if Madrid come in for him, that won’t be an obstacle.

“The thing is that he has a very good relationship with the club, he’s happy there.

“It’s not like other cases when a player wants to leave a club at any cost, but if it’s good for Chelsea they will keep that in mind.”

Chelsea supporters right to feel disgruntled by the club’s noise over Hazard to Madrid

Another member of Chelsea has gone public over Hazard’s desire to leave Chelsea for Madrid.

Hazard himself has made it clear that his “dream” is to join Real Madrid.

However, all this noise over his future is certainly unfair on the Blues’ supporters.

Like Antoine Greizmann flirted with the possibility of joining FC Barcelona last summer, Hazard appears to be doing the same and it all seems very arrogant.

The Belgian and his teammates owe it to the club’s fans to quiet and wait for the move to materialise.
