The Englishman was thought to be due back to training after his three week holiday following England’s European Championship efforts, but has not shown up amidst rumours surrounding his future.
Kane is assuming that he has had a ‘gentlemen agreement’ with the club since one year to leave Spurs this summer.

It is thought that, even were he to return to training imminently, he would miss the first game of the season, by luck or design, against his primary suitors Manchester City.

However, it is unclear just how long Kane intends to sit out training in a bid to force a move away from the club.
The uncertain future of Harry Kane
Kane has publicly cried out for a move since the end of last season, where despite his heroics Tottenham could only finish a lowly seventh place in the Premier League.
However, Daniel Levy has little intention of selling his star man, which could lead to a tense stand-off in north London.
To make matters worse, reports now suggest that a move to Manchester may now be on hold if they can acquire Jack Grealish, with sales needed before they can move for the Englishman.
