Great for Chelsea: Barcelona horror injury shocks Camp Nou

Barcelona were dealt a massive blow ahead of their second leg Champions League clash with Chelsea, as Andres Iniesta failed to even last the duration of the first half against Atletico Madrid, instead having to be taken off after getting injured.

The player looked as though he’d at least pulled his hamstring, and while Chelsea fans were hoping it would be serious enough to see him miss their trip to the Camp Nou, Barcelona were praying it was more of a pull and something that was simply just a precaution – and not anything too serious.

The club have the upper hand with their away goal after Chelsea played well and scored though Willian but were very defensive and saw Lionel Messi grab the away goal that could be huge for Barcelona, and the Chelsea fans who remember Iniesta’s goal back in 2009 will be hoping he misses the game – but given the talent Barcelona have and the fact Messi has finally broken his scoring curse against them, it might not be enough to see them through into the next round regardless.
