Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has this evening provided updates on a pair of his side’s stars, ahead of their meeting with Manchester United.

Kante & Rudiger ruled out
As such, ahead of his side’s return to action in a little over 24 hours’ time, Frank Lampard was this evening asked for a fitness update on his squad.
Despite their fine recent form, Chelsea have actually been dealing with a host of injury problems, with the likes of N’Golo Kante, Antonio Rudiger, Emerson and Andreas Christensen all sidelined.
And, speaking in a press conference a short time ago, Lampard went on to confirm that both Kante and Rudiger have been ruled out for tomorrow night.
Some of the younger members of the Blues’ squad, on the other hand, look set to feature versus Manchester United, with Lampard having added:
‘The fixture will present an opportunity to some players who haven’t been involved as much of late, irrespective of their age.’
