Former Man United teammates collide as Lukaku & Ibrahimovic come close to blows in tense Milan derby

The latest edition of the Milan derby is currently being played out at the San Siro.
The clash comes in the form of a highly anticipated Coppa Italia showdown, with a spot in the competition’s final-4 up for grabs.
Adding further spice to proceedings is of course the fact that the city rivals are currently in the midst of a tighly contested battle for the Serie A title, with Stefano Pioli’s Milan boasting a two-point advantage as things stand.
As such, it has since come as little surprise to see this evening’s action prove majorly competitive.
As things stand at the San Siro, the scoreline is locked at a goal apiece, as proceedings edge towards the final whistle.
The in-form Zlatan Ibrahimovic was inevitably the game’s opening scorer, slotting home in style after being afforded too much space by Inter’s backline:
Who else but Zlatan?

It is actually Inter, though, who have dominated much of the clash thus far, with Antonio Conte’s Nerazzurri having been rewarded for their efforts 20 minutes from time, when Romelu Lukaku stepped up slot home from the penalty spot:

Ibra vs Rom
As outlined above, however, despite both players having found the net this evening, it is in fact not their efforts in front of goal which have since seen Ibrahimovic and Lukaku grab the headlines.
Instead, it was a heated coming together on the stroke of the interval, which appeared to be sparked by words on the former’s part towards his ex-Manchester United teammate.
Footage of the incident, which eventually resulted in an incensed Lukaku being dragged away by teammates and members of staff, can be seen below:

Ibrahimovic, meanwhile, has since also been given his marching orders for a 2nd bookable offence:
