In demand ahead of January window
Cardiff, Leicester, Burnley, West Ham and Everton all scouted Nantes striker Emiliano Sala this week ahead of a potential move in January.
The Argentine striker has been impressive in Ligue 1 so far this season.
He has scored 13 goals so far in France which is actually one more that Neymar and level with Kylian Mbappe.
That is stunning considering the team he plays for with Nantes down in 12th.
Despite his incredible start to the season, there is talk about him leaving in January.
That is because a whole host of clubs are scouting him ahead of the winter transfer window.
Now, five of them have been named and they all come from the Premier League.
Emiliano Sala doing really well v OM tonight – a handful for our defence. Used to think he was the worst striker in the league by a distance a while back

Five clubs compete for striker
Those clubs come in the form of Cardiff, Leicester, Burnley, West Ham and Everton.
All five clubs were present as Sala’s side won against Marseille on Wednesday according to the Daily Mail.
The Argentine was also instrumental in that win, scoring a 30th minute header and assisting another goal.
That will no doubt have impressed the onlooking Premier League clubs who are all looking for new options up front.
Cardiff are looking to stay in the Premier League while Leicester could do with some more firepower up front.

Burnley are also struggling while West Ham could also move for a striker.
Finally, Everton are in dire need of a centre-forward if they are to compete for a top six spot this season.
Richarlison has been forced to play up front over the past few weeks with neither Cenk Tosun or Dominic Calvert-Lewin impressing that much.
Oumar Niasse is also set to leave in January.
Should any club want to sign the player, it is said that he will cost in the region of £25million.
