Norwich haven’t had the greatest start to life back in the Premier League.
The recently-promoted outfit began week 20 of the 2019/20 PL campaign sat bottom of the table.
Norwich have amassed just 12 points from their opening 19 league outings this term, and a swift return to the Championship looks to be on the cards.

Farke on selling players
However, while Norwich haven’t produced the greatest results this term, they still have a handful of quality players.
Some of the names that spring to mind are Teemu Pukki, Todd Cantwell and Max Aarons.
The aforementioned trio have all had pretty decent seasons so far, with Cantwell and Aarons still fairly young and full of potential.
So, with the Canaries staring relegation in the face, some clubs may be sniffing around some of their top stars.
As per the Telegraph, Aarons was a target of Tottenham last summer, and new boss Jose Mourinho is said to be keen to strengthen his defence.
However, the Telegraph also claims that Norwich boss Daniel Farke is confident that the club will resist any January bids from Tottenham for Aarons.
Farke would also mention Aarons when discussing Norwich selling players.
The German claims that Norwich do not have to sell any players, and that they need Aarons for the rest of the season.
Farke went on to state there is no scenario where they would sell one of their top stars:
“I’m not worried about any bidding.
“Interest in our players means we are doing many things right. Last season, we always had to sell our best players but we don’t have to sell any players. That’s a good situation. We need Max for the season and that’s a good situation.
“There’s no scenario where we would sell one of our top ones.
“Our financial position is quite relaxed and we know we need all our key players to have a small chance to create a big sensation (and stay up). So we’re not tempted at all to do something stupid and sell our best players.” As quoted by the Telegraph.
Norwich vs Tottenham
Norwich’s next outing takes place on Saturday.
The relegation-battling side will play host to Tottenham at 5:30 pm UK time.
Spurs have won three of their last five under Jose Mourinho, and should probably emerge from the tie with all three points.
