Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 12: Three in, three out

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 12 kicks off on Saturday the 10th of November at 12:30 pm UK time as Brighton travel to Cardiff.

So, all of your transfers for GW12 need to be done by 11:30 am UK time on Saturday.

But if you are struggling to choose who to sign and who to sell this week, here are some tips.

3 in including Liverpool attacker

Callum Wilson (6.7)

Callum Wilson has been on fire for Bournemouth this season and he does not look to be slowing down anytime soon.

In 11 Premier League appearances this season, Wilson has scored six and assisted seven for the Cherries.

Wilson’s latest goal came last weekend vs Manchester United.

As a result of Wilson’s excellent goal contribution tally this season, he currently sits second in the forward FPL leaderboard.

The striker has also received an England call-up, which shows just how well he has been doing.

Mohamed Salah (13.0)

Liverpool are at home to newly-promoted Fulham this game week.

Fulham are having a tough start to life back in the Premier League having conceded a staggering 29 goals in 11 games, the most in the league.

As a result of Fulham’s defensive frailties, it would be wise to have a Liverpool attacker in your side this week.

The best choice is likely Mo Salah who is currently the third best midfielder on FPL having scored five and assisted four.

Alvaro Morata (8.7)

Alvaro Morata has had a rough year or so at Stamford Bridge.

Since joining Chelsea the striker’s goalscoring form has dipped dramatically.

However, the last few games have seen Morata grow in confidence.

Morata would score once as Chelsea beat Burnley 4-0. He would then score a brace in Chelsea’ last game vs Crystal Palace.

So, it may be worth taking a bit of a risk and signing Morata.

3 out including Manchester United forward

James Maddison (6.7)

James Maddison enjoyed a solid start to the season with Leicester.

The midfielder cost just 6.7 and has already scored three and assisted two for Leicester in the league.

As a result, many people have been using Maddison as a budget midfielder for their side.

However, Maddison has recently suffered a knee injury and his return date is unknown.

So, it would be best to sell him and sign a new budget midfielder such as Ryan Fraser from Bournemouth.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (5.0)

Liverpool have one of the best defences in the Premier League this season.

In 11 league games they have conceded just five goals, only Manchester City (4) have a better record.

As a result, you would think any Liverpool defender would be a great FPL pick.

But given his lack of assists compared to his full-back counterpart, Andy Robertson. Plus Klopp choosing to rest him on two occasions already this season, Trent Alexander-Arnold is simply not a great choice for your FPL side.

In fact, Alexander-Arnold has the lowest points of Liverpool’s main four defenders this season, meaning it is probably best if you swap him for Robertson or even Virgil van Dijk.

Romelu Lukaku (10.8)

Given his price tag of 10.8, you would expect Lukaku to be scoring goals pretty consistently.

However, the Belgian has failed to score a league goal for United since their 2-1 win over Watford back in September.

Lukaku is also said to be nursing an injury, which is why he missed United’s last league game vs Bournemouth.
