In the 38th minute, Lukaku lead a counter-attack down the United right flank.

Bertrand’s attempt at stopping the Belgian was bizarre.

The Saints full-back assaulted Lukaku was a flying kick on the touchline.

Should Bertrand have been sent off for his assault? For the record, Bertrand was booked as a result of his foul.

Yet the moment Man United fans are enjoying most is how Lukaku reacted to the challenge.

Did the striker go down hurt? No.

Instead Bertrand appeared to bounce off of Lukaku as he powered forward as the flying kick appeared to have no affect whatsoever.
