Will Nasri return to the Premier League one day?
Everton have responded to reports on Friday suggesting that Marco Silva is considering a move for former Manchester City star Samir Nasri.
The Frenchman hasn’t played for a while now after he was handed a drugs ban back in 2016.
Nasri was handed a ban after receiving an intravenous treatment while he was at Sevilla.
He eventually left Manchester City permanently and signed for Turkish side Antalyaspor before being banned.
Now, he could be on the move again and Everton have been linked with a move for him.

Would Nasri be a good signing for Everton?
The Toffees have had an up and down season so far but have impressed in recent weeks.
A 3-0 win over Fulham was followed up by a brilliant 2-1 win against Leicester on the road last weekend.
While they will be looking for many more wins to finish off the year, there were reports this week that the club are looking at a potential transfer.
That is because in Friday’s Daily Mail, it was claimed the Toffees boss Marco Silva was considering a move for Samir Nasri who would be available on a free transfer.
Though, Everton have since responded to that news when speaking to the Liverpool Echo.
The local newspaper reported today that the club have distanced themselves from any rumours surrounding a move for the Frenchman.
‘Senior Everton officials have told the ECHO there is absolutely no interest in the 31-year-old.’
Safe to say, Samir Nasri will not be an Everton player anytime soon.
