Emile Smith Rowe speaks out on his Arsenal future

Smith Rowe’s Arsenal stint

The last few years have not exactly been the best for Arsenal Football Club.

One of the few bright spots for the Gunners has been the emergence on two academy products in the first-team, Emile Smith Rowe and Bukayo Saka.

Smith Rowe would be handed a starting role on a regular basis at the back end of 2020, and despite his tender years, added some much-needed creativity to Arsenal’s midfield.

Smith Rowe has continued to maintain his starting berth for the north Londoners in the current campaign.

And, so far, the young Englishman has once again been one of Arsenal’s brightest sparks, with his latest impressive showing coming on Friday evening as he provided one goal and one assist as the Gunners downed Aston Villa.

Smith Rowe speaks on Arsenal future

But with Arsenal failing to finish inside the top seven in the Premier League during the last two seasons, Arsenal fans are no doubt wary of a bigger side coming in and snapping their young talent up.

However, if Smith Rowe has anything to say about it, that will seemingly not happen to him.

When speaking about his Arsenal future recently, the 21-year-old stated that as long as Arsenal want him, he will stay there forever:

“If Arsenal want me for the rest of my career, then I am going to stay here forever. It’s always difficult to stay at one club for your career, but for me personally I’d love to be here forever.”
