Cavani hands in transfer request
Edinson Cavani has been plying his trade in the French capital since 2013.
The Uruguayan joined PSG from Serie A outfit Napoli for a fee believed to be around £58m.
Cavani has since gone on to rack up nearly 300 appearances for the Ligue 1 powerhouse, in which he has scored 198 and assisted 41.
Cavani has also won a plethora of trophies with PSG, including five league titles.
However, Cavani, who is out of contract in the summer, looks to be closing on the finish of his PSG career.
It was reported earlier this week that the PSG hitman had handed in a transfer request.
Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo says Edinson Cavani has handed in a transfer request.

Cavani on the move
Rather unsurprisingly, given his impeccable goalscoring record for PSG, a number of clubs have been linked with Cavani this month.
Spanish powerhouse Atletico Madrid have reportedly made an approach for Cavani.
Chelsea have also been linked with the PSG standout this week, but the forward’s wage demands are reportedly seen as a stumbling block in the Blues’ pursuit of Cavani.

Now, this weekend, it appears that another Premier League outfit, Manchester United, have thrown their name into the hat for Cavani.
United look set to be without star forward Marcus Rashford for at least six weeks, after he picked up an injury vs Wolves earlier this month.
So, the Red Devils trying to land veteran forward Cavani to help fill the void left by Rashford does make sense.
And, according to the Mirror, citing French outlet Foot Mercato, Man United made a contract proposal worth around £10m-a-year, plus a huge signing-on bonus, for Cavani. But the South American is said to have rejected the approach from the Manchester powerhouse, as he is ‘fixated’ on moving to Atletico.
