Eden Hazard & Real Madrid
Chelsea fans are having to endure another cycle of stories linking Eden Hazard to Real Madrid.
The latest batch of reports have been triggered by Hazard.
That’s after the Belgian star admitted he’s divided over signing a new deal with Chelsea or making a ‘dream’ move to Real Madrid.
Hazard recently stated the following:
I don’t want to say, ‘yes, I am signing a new contract’ and then in the end I don’t end up signing.
I want what’s good for me, but I want what’s good for the club because the club has given me everything.
Eden Hazard and the mixed messages:
“Real Madrid is the best club in the world. I don't want to lie today. It is my dream since I was a kid. It is also when you have a dream and you want to make it happen.”

Hazard may follow the ‘Courtois plan’
On Wednesday, Spanish paper Marca suggest that Eden Hazard may follow in Thibaut Courtois’s footsteps in the manner of his Chelsea exit.
Courtois, of course, left Chelsea to join Los Blancos at the start of the season.
Courtois made it clear to the Blues that he had no intention of signing a new deal with them.
Marca believe that while Hazard may be paying lip-service to thoughts of a new Chelsea contract, the truth is the Belgian wants to join Real Madrid.
In an article titled ‘Hazard welcomes the Courtois plan’, Marca tell their readers:
(Roman) Abramovich and his right hand Marina Granovskaia know that if the Belgian does not agree to renew, they will have no choice but to transfer to the Belgian,
That happened last August with Thibuat Courtois, who in similar circumstances chose Real Madrid.
Marca also offered a timeframe for Hazard’s possible move to Madrid.
The Spanish daily dismisses thoughts Hazard may join in January, however they believe the deal will complete in the summer.
MARCA: The idea of Real Madrid's plan for Hazard is to repeat the same steps that got Courtois to the Bernabeu & wait until next summer to get Eden at a good price when he'll have only 1 year left on his CFC contract. Eden still hasn't renewed as he wait for Madrid. pic.twitter.com/K6ssyBQ9Io
