Eden Hazard & Real Madrid
France Football have posted extracts of a brand new interview with Eden Hazard on Monday.
During the interview, Hazard has once again referred to Real Madrid as he answered a question about which players he idolises most in football.
Hazard, of course, is a target for Real Madrid this summer if the gossip columns can be believed.
So what did Hazard say?
Discussing the players he looks up to, Hazard made the following statements:
For me, artists are Zidane and Ronaldinho, Riquelme also – his way of moving, with his passes – and then Messi. What he does with a ball is so incredible! I do not think I have that rank. Again, it’s up to people to say it. I do not claim to be an artist.
The fact that Hazard name-dropped Zidane will clearly raise some people’s eyebrows.
What else did he say?
The Chelsea star revealed how he likes to play football and his relationship with the football.
I want to offer pleasure. People who come to the stadium want to have fun and have a good time, it must be a show. And it is up to us, creators, to make them happy.
I treat the ball like a woman.
