Bournemouth vs Wolves
Bournemouth take on Wolves this Saturday as they look to continue their fine start to the season.
The Cherries currently sit in 8th place in the Premier League with 23 points.
However, they have won just one of their last five league games.
A win vs Wolves could see them move as high as 6th place, while a loss could see them move down to 13th place.
Wolves, on the other hand, sit in 10th place in the league and are on a decent run of form having won their last two matches, the latest a 2-1 win over Newcastle.
Callum Wilson injury update
Prior to the game, all eyes are on whether Callum Wilson will recover from his injury in time to start.
Wilson would miss Bournemouth’s last game with a hamstring injury and his absence was very obvious as Bournemouth were unable to break down Liverpool’s defence.
Wilson is having an excellent start to the season, he has scored eight and assisted five in the league for the Cherries this campaign. He also earned himself his first every England call-up.
Eddie Howe has, on Friday, provided an update on Wilson’s condition heading into the Wolves clash:
“Callum Wilson has recovered well following his hamstring injury. We’re hoping he can play, but we know we have to be careful with these kind of injuries.”

So, it does seem more than likely that Wilson will feature vs Wolves. However, Bournemouth do not want to rush him back to quickly as they could then be without their star striker for even longer.
