That time of year
It’s that time of year again when FIFA 17 starts to wind down the hype for FIFA 18 begins as EA Sports release the next wave of players in the top 100.
The popular footballing video game is a favourite among all fans of the sport and the hype is starting to take over.
The game is due to release in a few weeks time and EA Sports have now begun counting down the top 100 players in the game, starting at 100.
Today, the company released which players made the bracket of 80-61 and start to get into the big time players.
Starting off at number 80 is Jan Vertonghen who impressed once again with Tottenham last year.
Ángel Di Maria, Filipe Luís and Lorenzo Insigne come in at the next spots to make up 80-77.
In the middle of the pack is Juventus summer signing Blaise Matuidi at spot number 72 while Arsenal signing Alexandre Lacazette comes in at 70.
Making up the final few spots of the current bracket is Marco Reus in 64th, Diego Costa in 63rd, Sokratis 62nd and Franck Ribéry 61st.
There is still a long way to go until we find out the ratings of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but we are slowly approaching that moment.
Everyone’s talking about Marco Asensio’s FIFA rating
While there are always going to be players that dominate the ratings on FIFA Ultimate team, there are also the overpowered ones.
That may fall on the shoulders of one Real Madrid starlet this year as Marco Asensio was given an incredibly good rating.
The players card stats look incredible and everyone is looking forward to trying him soon.
