Since his move to Borussia Dortmund in 2017, Jadon Sancho has cemented himself as one of the brightest young talents in Europe.
The England international made the switch to Dortmund from Manchester City for a fee of around £7m.
That fee looks to have been a real bargain for BVB, considering Sancho’s spell in Germany so far.
Sancho has featured 73 times across all competitions for the German powerhouse.
In those games, the youngster has netted 20 and assisted 32.
Sancho’s time at Dortmund up?
However, despite his scintillating start to life in Germany, all doesn’t appear well between Sancho and Dortmund.
According to the Independent, BVB are willing to listen to offers for Sancho as early as January.
The reason that Dortmund are apparently willing to sell one of their top assets is due to a breakdown in relationships.
The Independent claim that Dortmund are considering fining Sancho due to disciplinary issues.
Sancho is believed to have been late for a team briefing and a training session ahead of Wednesday’s Champions League tie vs Barcelona, as per the Independent.
Sancho was also previously suspended in October, after he returned late from international duty.
Should Dortmund indeed be willing to sell Sancho, it is unlikely that they will be short of potential suitors.
The 19-year-old has an abundance of talent, and would likely be a key figure for most top sides around Europe.
Premier League giants Liverpool and Manchester United are among the clubs that have been linked with Sancho.
