Borussia Dortmund defender Marc Bartra has given a positive update on Instagram following a supposed attack on the team bus.
The Spaniard was the only one injured during the ordeal and reportedly had to be taken to hospital for an operation on his hand and arm.
Now, the player has given an update on Instagram confirming that he is doing ‘much better’.
He then thanks the fans for their support and messages before wishing his team good luck.
There are no suggestions on how long the player will be out for but it is safe to say that it is good to see him healthy and well.
Dortmund will face Monaco this afternoon after the game was called off yesterday following the incident.

Later that evening, social media images of Dortmund and Monaco fans in harmony appeared in what was a great gesture.
With an extra evening added to their journey, many Dortmund fans allowed the French supporters to stay in their homes.
