Diogo Jota joins exclusive Liverpool club after equaliser vs Manchester City
Diogo Jota has joined an exclusive Liverpool club during the Reds’ latest Premier League outing.
Liverpool are currently locked in Premier League action with Manchester City, in what could very well prove a title-deciding clash.
One of Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola are set to lift the Premier League trophy for the fifth year in a row, as their teams once again battle it out for the biggest prize in England.
Ahead of the game, it was Manchester City who sat pretty atop the table, but Liverpool were only behind them by a single point.
So, a win for the latter would put them two points clear at the summit, whilst a City victory would guide them four points clear and potentially end Liverpool’s title hopes for the season.

So far, the two teams cannot be separated. Manchester City did take the lead just five minutes into the game when a Kevin De Bruyne effort, which took a deflection, went in off Alisson’s post.
However, after Liverpool struggled to compose themselves, all of Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Diogo Jota combined to level things up.
