Chelsea’s Eden Hazard & Man City’s Vincent Kompany
Townsend beat out the likes of Chelsea’s Eden Hazard to the award.
Hazard was in the running for the goal of the season prize for a solo stunner against West Ham.
Another player who lost out to Townsend was Man City’s Vincent Kompany.
Kompany scored a tremendous long-range golazo against Leicester which helped wrap up the league title.
And even more screamers 😱
