Crystal Palace to demand £100 million for wantaway Wilfried Zaha

Zaha will not leave Crystal Palace for cheap

Crystal Palace will demand £100 million for star man Wilfried Zaha in the summer transfer window after he informed the Eagles that he wishes to leave.

Zaha has been pretty incredible for Palace over the past four years.

The Ivorian rejoined Palace back in 2015 after an unsuccessful spell at Manchester United.

Since then, Zaha has shown just why he was so highly rated during his youth.

The winger is arguably the only reason Crystal Palace are still in the Premier League after several relegation battles in recent seasons.

Now, Zaha reportedly wants to make the step up to a Champions League club once again.

Though, whoever wants to sign him will have to shell out an obscene amount of money.

Is Zaha worth anywhere near £100 million?

That is because, according to the Telegraph, Crystal Palace will demand a fee of £100 million for Zaha, after he informed the club that he is ready to push for a move this summer.

The Telegraph claimZaha wants to join a bigger club and one with ambitions to play in European competition and ideally in the Champions League and believes he has done all he can at Palace and should be allowed to go.’

Their report continues by explaining that while Palace want £100 million, ‘there is a sense that a fee of £70 million might be acceptable’.

Zaha would also be interested in a return to Manchester United.

Despite struggling with the Red Devils, Zaha ‘would seriously consider a return to Old Trafford should a bid be made.’

Borussia Dortmund have also expressed an interest in Zaha, as a potential replacement for Jadon Sancho.

Zaha would also be interested in a move abroad according to the Telegraph’s report, boosting Dortmund’s chances of landing him.
