Batshuayi struggles for form at Valencia
Crystal Palace have been offered the chance to sign Chelsea and Belgium forward, Michy Batshuayi in January, according to Belgian outlet, HLN.
Since joining Chelsea back in 2016 from Ligue 1 outfit Marseille, Batshuayi has never really shown his true potential.
Batshuayi has played 53 games for Chelsea across all competitions, in which he has scored 19 and assisted four.
However, the Belgian was never able to hold down a spot as Chelsea’s main striker.
As a result, Chelsea have loaned Batshuayi out twice. The first time to Borussia Dortmund and the second time to Valencia where he is still currently on loan.

But with Batshuayi scoring just three goals in 20 appearances for the Spanish side, Valencia are said to want to cut his loan deal short in January.
Crystal Palace need a striker
With Batshuayi likely to return to Stamford Bridge in January, Chelsea want to use the winter window to sell the 25-year-old on a permanent basis with Palace said to have already been offered the Belgian.
Given Palace are in desperate need for a striker, signing Batshuayi could be a solid bit of business.
Palace’s main striker is currently Christian Benteke. However, Benteke has missed much of the season through injury and has been out of form for some time anyway.
This has lead to Palace playing Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend as their main forwards this season.
Palace’s need for a striker can also be seen by the fact they have scored just 14 goals in 17 league games this season.
