Dynamo Kyiv 0-Chelsea 5
Chelsea travelled to Ukraine on Thursday for the second leg of their Europa League round of 16 tie.
The Blues headed into the game with a commanding 3-0 lead from the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge.
However, with some of the comebacks we have seen across Europe in recent weeks, Chelsea knew they couldn’t take this game lightly.
Maurizio Sarri’s side would get off to a perfect start as Mr Europa League Olivier Giroud opened the scoring inside five minutes.
The Frenchman added his second in the 33rd minute with Marcos Alonso making it 3-0 on the stroke of half time.
Giroud then clinched his hat-trick in the 59th minute before Callum Hudson-Odoi made it 5-0 in the 78th minute.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek impresses
While Ruben Loftus-Cheek did not score on Thursday, he put in an impressive shift and earned an assist.
The Englishman has been a bit part player at Stamford Bridge this season.
Partly because of injuries and partly because Sarri seems to prefer other midfielders over the 23-year-old.
Despite Sarri hardly starting Loftus-Cheek in the Premier League this season, the Italian believes he has the potential to be one of the best midfielders in Europe:
“He did very well. He is improving in the last month.
“He has been able to train after the problem with the back. He had a wonderful match and I’m really happy that he could play for 90 minutes.
“His potential as a player is very, very, high. Physically, technically and tactically he is improving.
“I think he can become one of the best midfielders, not only in England but in Europe.”As quoted by the Evening Standard.
