John Terry injures ankle at Swansea
Chelsea suffered some collateral damage for their draw at Swansea yesterday, as captain John Terry injured his ankle.
JT rolled his ankle late on in the game, and was forced to leave the Liberty Stadium on crutches in order to prevent further damage.
Having been close to a Chelsea exit last year, Terry was finally kept on and offered a new 1-year contract, and he’s proving that he’s still got it so far this season.
The Chelsea skipper has been a key player for Antonio Conte’s Chelsea, and looks like being a mainstay in the team this season when fit.

But it looks like Conte will have to do without him for Chelsea’s game against Liverpool this Friday.
Terry posted a picture of his ankle to Instagram Stories, and although the swelling appears to have gone down significantly, Terry’s emoji’s would suggest that he isn’t optimistic about making Friday’s game.
