Chelsea & David Luiz
David Luiz chalked up his second assist of the season for Chelsea on Saturday against Newcastle.
Luiz played a no-look ball upfield to Pedro.
The Spanish winger scored with a delightful chip into the Magpies net.
The fact that he looked away makes this assist to Pedro even more disrespectful. pic.twitter.com/4OjVdsyws1

This season Luiz has been a virtual ever-present for Maurizio Sarri, however the Brazilian’s future is in doubt.
Luiz is out of contract in the summer, and Chelsea are yet to agree a new deal with the centre-half.
Chelsea have a long-standing policy of only offering 30-year-olds one-year deals to stay at Stamford Bridge.
Luiz is 31.
Kia Joorabchian vs Marina Granovskaia
An update on Luiz’s contract talks with Chelsea has been provided by Brazilian reporter Marcus Alves for UOL Esporte.
According to Alves, Luiz’s hopes of agreeing a new deal with the Blues is being undermined by his agent Kia Joorabchian.
Chelsea’s deal-maker Marina Granovskaia reacted badly in a recent meeting after Joorabchian laid out his financial terms in any new deal with Luiz:
One of the representatives of the defender, the Iranian Kia Joorabchian saw his relationship with Chelsea collapse and walk towards a possible breakup.
In the negotiations, among other points (was revealed) the high value charged in commissions by the agent.
Right-hand to Russian Roman Abramovich, director Marina Granovskaia has disagreed with him in recent weeks.
The point is clear: Granovskaia is refusing to pay Joorabchian what he’s looking for.
Can the parties reach a compromise?
