Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic is feeling amazing and very confident/Charly Musonda injury update

Chelsea’s Christian Pulisic on his current situation

Just before the international break, Christian Pulisic notched an assist for Chelsea.

After coming off the bench in the second-half at Southampton, Pulisic threaded a tidy pass through to fellow-sub Michy Batshuayi.

Batshuayi scored Chelsea’s fourth in their 4-1 away win.

For Pulisic, it’s been a testing opening eight matches of the Premier League season.

After featuring heavily in Chelsea’s first four outings of the league campaign, Pulisic has only picked up 10 minutes across Chelsea’s last four fixtures.

However, as quoted by the Independent, Pulisic has spoken positively about his current situation.

Pulisic is feeling amazing & very confident

While away on American international duty, Pulisic said:

I feel the best I ever have. I feel very confident in my game.

I’m not going to let any of that (lack of playing time at Chelsea) affect me.

I feel very strong, and I’m really looking forward to this game (on) Friday.

The Americans take on Cuba this Friday, before a match against Canada on Tuesday.

Charly Musonda’s injury update

Now on loan at Vitesse, Charly Musonda’s season might be over.

Musonda hasn’t featured for Vitesse since the start of the season due to a knee problem.

This week, the young Belgian midfielder went under the knife to fix the problem.
