Chelsea still seem to be in a fight with Juventus to land Alex Sandro, after now seeing two bids for the player rejected.
The Blues have gone as high as 60 million euros, but have seen the Serie A side still hold out for more money – and now the Chelsea board may turn their attentions elsewhere.
It has been a frustrating summer for the Blues in the transfer market so far, with bids for players rejected, and things not moving as quickly as Antonio Conte would like, leading to tensions between the club, board and manager.

Another huge issues for the Blues is the future of Diego Costa, and it seems that with Conte making it clear he wants to get rid of the player, Chelsea may have to accept less for him – and then bring in another forward to boot.
The Blues have been strongly linked with Romelu Lukaku, yet that seems to have gone quiet, with Alvaro Morata now thought to be a new target for the club, with the Real Madrid striker keen on playing for Conte.
