Race for top four
The race for the top four seems to be tighter than ever, and this season in the Premier League, everyone is on edge wondering just who will end up in the Champions League spots.
Manchester City are shoe-ins, given they’re going to win the Premier League at a canter, and Manchester United have taken points from Chelsea and Liverpool in the last couple of games to make sure they’re going to get a top four spot, but Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are all fighting for the other two places, and a couple of losses can see a side thinking they’re missing out.
That was the case for Chelsea – but now with Liverpool losing and Tottenham currently dropping points and wondering about the injury to Harry Kane, along with Chelsea facing Spurs before the season is over, the Blues are holding out hope – and everyone is analysing each result and what it could mean.

Long way to go but if Tottenham don’t win today, Chelsea are right back in the race for top four.
And the next Premier League game for both of them is Chelsea v Tottenham on April Fools Day….

If we don’t win this we won’t get top four because you know Chelsea will somehow turn up against us

Huge game actually, we need to do everything we can to maintain the gap between us and Chelsea so even if we lose at Stamford Bridge we’re still in the top four. Nothing but a win is acceptable

Harry Kane goes off injured for Spurs. His next appearance will be as a half-fit substitute as England exit the World Cup at the hands of Colombia.

Harry Kane has come off injured.
Spurs may as well pack up and head off to Lanzarote until August.

If Kane is out long-term I think Spurs will find it difficult to finish top 4 along with winning the FA Cup. Chelsea vs. Spurs at the Bridge could be the decider.

We need him for the fa cup and even the league to get into champions league again. We can’t afford for him to be out.

We got our destiny in our hands if we must qualify for champions league we must win Liverpool and Spurs and also hope City will beat Spurs
