Chelsea fans have not reacted well to their side’s starting XI to take on Man United

Chelsea’s supporters have taken to Twitter in numbers to vent their frustrations over Maurizio Sarri’s starting line-up for the Blues’ clash with Manchester United.

Chelsea vs Manchester United

Capital giants Chelsea welcome United to Stamford Bridge this evening, in the pick of the FA Cup’s 5th-round ties.

Tonight’s hosts booked their spot in the last-16 of the competition courtesy of a 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday 3 weeks ago.

However, in what is becoming a worrying trend, Sarri’s men have since gone on to pick up a pair of wins, along with a pair of absolute hammerings at the hands of Bournemouth and Manchester City.

United, meanwhile, put Arsenal to the sword by 3 goals to 1 to clinch their spot in the FA Cup’s 5th-round.

The Red Devils will be hoping for a bounce-back performance tonight, though, having seen their 11-game unbeaten run under new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer come to an end versus French champions PSG last Tuesday.

Chelsea’s fans, though, have not taken at all well to the news of their side’s starting line-up for this evening.

The presence of the likes of Marcos Alonso and Pedro, coupled with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Emerson and Ruben Loftus-Cheek missing out once again, have seen large sections of the Blues’ faithful take aim at manager Maurizo Sarri, with some of the best Twitter reaction showcased below:
