The latest social media activity on the part of Aston Villa star Calum Chambers will no doubt be met with widespread appreciation by way of Arsenal’s fanbase.
This comes after Chambers made full use of the opportunity to have some fun at the expense of Tottenham Hotspur.
For those not aware, defender Chambers played his part for Villa earlier today, en route to a head-turning three-point haul.
This came as goals on the part of Emi Buendia and Douglas Luiz guided Unai Emery’s men to a 2-0 downing of the aforementioned Tottenham in north London.
Chambers, meanwhile, would have derived an extra element of enjoyment from the eventual result, owing to his Arsenal past.
The thrice-capped England international spent eight years on the books at the Emirates, a stint brought to a close owing to his move to Aston Villa earlier this year.
But he was nevertheless keen to rub salt in the wounds of the Gunners’ fiercest rivals on the back of the full-time whistle at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday evening.
Taking to his official Instagram account, Chambers unveiled a photo of himself in action against Spurs, accompanied by the caption:
