Callum Robinson injured ahead of Sheffield United’s clash with Leicester

Sheffield United 1 – Crystal Palace 0

Sheffield United took on Crystal Palace in one of two Premier League games on Sunday.

This was United’s first home game since being promoted, as they were away to Bournemouth last weekend, where they drew 1-1.

As for Crystal Palace, they also drew in their opening tie, 0-0 vs Everton.

The first 45 of Sunday’s clash didn’t see too many chances created, with the Blades having had the best of them.

However, just three minutes into the second-half, John Lundstram would score the hosts’ first home goal since returning to the English top-flight.

Prior to taking the lead, Sheffield United suffered an injury blow in the first-half.

John Fleck had to be replaced by Luke Freeman in the 29th minute.

Chris Wilder’s side would then suffer another injury setback in the second-half, as well.

Callum Robinson was one of the Blades’ new signings this summer, and has looked quite bright in their opening two PL outings.

However, Robinson would limp off in the 56th minute, with another new signing, Oli McBurnie, having come on to replace the forward.

Sheffield United’s next game is against Leicester City on August 24th.
