Harry Maguire & Manchester United
A couple of days ago, it was confirmed that Man United lodged a 70 million pound offer with Leicester City for Harry Maguire.
Is Maguire really worth that sort of money?
Remember, Liverpool spent 75 million pounds to sign Virgil Van Dijk from Southampton.
Either way, Leicester rejected Man United’s proposal for their England centre-half.
The Times have suggested that the Foxes are holding out for £90 million for Maguire, which would be a new world record transfer fee for a defender.
Moreover, the broadsheet claim that Man City are also interested in signing Maguire.
– Leicester reject mufc’s £70m bid for Maguire
– Leicester want £90m
– Leicester aware player wants to leave – Mcfc retain an interest in Maguire but they won’t pay the amount Leicester are after https://t.co/OPucUKm7Pv

Brighton price-up Lewis Dunk for Leicester
If Maguire ends up leaving the King Power Stadium to switch to Old Trafford, how will Leicester replace him?
Last season, 26-year-old Maguire played 31 times in the Premier League for the Foxes.
According to Sun reporter Tom Barclay, Leicester will try to sign Lewis Dunk from Brighton if Maguire joins Man United.
Dunk could cost Leicester 40 million pounds.
My understanding is that if Leicester sell Harry Maguire and go after Lewis Dunk, Brighton will want £40m+ for him #bhafc

27-year-old Dunk played 36 times for Brighton in the Premier League last season.
At the same time, newly appointed Brighton manager Graham Potter has signed former Portsmouth captain and centre-half Matt Clarke for £4 million.
