Branislav Ivanovic’s last game? Chelsea fans salute Serb as West Brom get a good look

Chelsea 4 – Brentford 0

Another weekend, another straightforward victory for Antonio Conte’s Chelsea.

Few expected Championship side Brentford to cause the Blues too much trouble in the FA Cup, and so it proved at Stamford Bridge as the Blues took control from virtually the first minute, and the result never looked in doubt.

A changed up Chelsea side took the lead through a Willian free-kick, before Pedro made in 2-0 before the break.

After the internal Conte introduced Branislav Ivanovic off the bench and the Serb defender scored, before Michy Batshuayi added a fourth from the spot.

Ivanovic’s last game?

Rumours have been rife for days that Ivanovic is on his way out of Chelsea.

Under Antonio Conte this season, Ivanovic simply hasn’t looked up to speed when he has played and some Chelsea fans are not too upset that the Serbian defender is leaving the club.

Last week it looked like Zenit were in pole position for the 32-year-old, but on Saturday at the Bridge, West Brom boss Tony Pulis was in attendance.

Does that mean West Brom could pick up the defender?
