Bad news, Liverpool fans: Borussia Dortmund look poised to sign Raphael Guerreiro. Yes, the same Raphael Guerreiro who Liverpool have been chasing for several months, the one who was supposed to replace Alberto Moreno.
Moreno is still Liverpool’s first-choice left-back but there’s the whole summer to bring in a replacement. RMC Sport chief editor Mohamed Bouhafsi broke the news that Dortmund agreed a deal with Lorient for Guerreiro.
Lorient and BVB have reached an agreement for Raphael Guerreiro (~€12m). The clubs negotiate final details (resale).

Guerreiro, 22, will represent Portugal at Euro 2016. He’s got seven caps for his country.
He’ll join in a transfer worth €12 million and will slot into a defence that lost centre-half Mats Hummels. Dortmund have also seen Ilkay Gundogan leave and, if reports are true, look likely to lose Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to English clubs over the next few weeks.
But Thomas Tuchel has been bringing in players as well. Marc Barta arrived from Barcelona. Sebastian Rode came in from Bayern Munich. Two of the most coveted young attackers in Europe, Ousmane Dembele and Emre Mor, have also signed on for Champions League football with Dortmund next season. It promises to be an interesting campaign
