Bayern Munich vs Liverpool
The Champions League is top billing again this midweek, with Bayern Munich hosting Liverpool on Wednesday.
The first leg at Anfield ended in a goalless stalemate.
That means that if Liverpool can score once at the Allianz Arena, Bayern will need to score twice to avoid going out on away goals.
Liverpool warmed up for their trip to Munich beating Burnley 3-1 on Sunday.
As for Bayern, they scored six past Wolfsburg on Saturday in the Bundesliga to move into first place in the league.
Jerome Boateng reveals his possible new position
Prior to the Liverpool game, Kicker have spoken to Bayern defender Jerome Boateng.
Bayern have one specific selection issue to contend with.
Joshua Kimmich is out fo the Liverpool match through suspension.
Rafinha could be deployed at right-back against the Reds, however Jerome Boateng has revealed he could play in the full-back slot. He said:
I would not have a problem with that.
If I can help the team in this position, I’m ready.
If Boateng does play at right-back, he’s likely to have the job of trying to contain Mo Salah.

Bayern’s other absentees vs Liverpool
Including Kimmich, Nico Kovac is missing four stars for the Liverpool match.
Arjen Robben is still not fit with a hamstring problems, while Corentin Tolisso is still recovering from his cruciate ligament rupture.
Thomas Muller is suspended after an earlier red card in the competition.
