Bayern Munich are preparing a bid for a European forward in the January transfer window as both Tottenham and Everton look to beat them to the player.
That player comes in the form of Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun who scored 24 goals last season and impressed in Turkey.
Bayern are supposedly preparing a bid for the player to seemingly play backup to Robert Lewandowski.
Though, it won’t be easy for the side to seal a deal with both Tottenham and Everton looking to pounce on the player in the next transfer window.
Both Crystal Palace and Newcastle have attempted to sign the player in recent transfer windows but have been unable to do a deal for the player.
Now, they both look like extremely unlikely destinations with a host of top Premier League clubs looking to sign him.
What is even better for the sides that are currently chasing him is that Besiktas are willing to sell the player for around £17million in the summer.
Though a deal for the winter window is more unlikely in that case, if any club can wait until the summer to sign him then they could be getting a great deal.
The player has started the season in great form having scored four goals in six games as well as winning Champions League goal of the week.

Bayern target midfielder
While Bayern are looking to make moves for a player in the striker role, they are also looking for midfield recruitment.
That could come in form of one of the Bundesliga’s best players which could be an incredible deal.
