Barcelona ready to rival Real Madrid for Man United’s Marcus Rashford

Rashford is in demand

Marcus Rashford is a wanted man.

The Manchester United forward has been linked with both Real Madrid and AC Milan in recent weeks.

Now, it seems he’s being linked with Barcelona.

That’s according to the Express.

They think Rashford is so coveted that Barcelona will try and beat both Real and AC Milan to his signature.

Of course, whereas a month ago, Rashford’s future could have been up in the air, now it seems he will be a huge part of United’s side once again.

Jose Mourinho may have defended the amount of time he played Rashford, but the shackles were certainly on.

That’s no longer the case, as we saw when United played Cardiff.

A new manager for United

Now, under Ole Gunnar Solskjær, United are in a new era.

It’s all about the attacking football, and giving young players a chance.

The players will get the chance to actually play, and pass and move, without worrying about losing the ball.

That could see Rashford far happier at the club, and see his development progress.

United fans love homegrown players, and want to see far more of them now.

It could be the case a change is made in the summer again in terms of the manager.

However, anyone who comes in will be expected to play the United way, which is good news for all their forwards.
