Barcelona fears: Luis Suarez limps off injured for Uruguay

Barcelona have been dealt yet another blow in what has been a summer of despair and disappointment for the Spanish Giants, as striker Luis Suarez left injured during Uruguay’s game against Argentina.

Disappointing summer

Barcelona have had a dreadful summer.

We can’t decide what has been worse for them; losing 5-1 to Real in Supercopa de España Final or signing Paulinho…

However, that is the least of their worries, as they lost Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain in a world record deal.

Neymar was part of club’s incredible MSN attack, but that has been stripped by the super-rich powers of PSG.

But yet more news has come their way, as last night Luis Suarez limped off as Uruguay drew 0-0 with Argentina.

Luis Suarez limped off after 83 minutes, insisting he came off due to cramp in his calf.

The Uruguayan fell to the floor in discomfort after landing his foot on Otamendi’s left shin.

Early fears were that he had a recurrence of the knee injury he suffered a while ago.

Despite, being in visible discomfort, he is expected to play for Uruguay versus Paraguay on Tuesday.
