Arsene Wenger wins the FA Cup. Again!

Bad for Everton: Arsenal’s triple injury boost

Everton v Arsenal

There’s a massive match scheduled next Sunday in the Premier League as Everton host Arsenal at Goodison Park.

It’s dire times for Everton and Ronald Koeman right now.

Last weekend Wayne Rooney salvaged a point away at Brighton. But the draw has failed to lift the dark clouds around the club.

Everton have one win, one draw and four defeats in their last six Premier League matches.

Pre-season hopes that the Toffees could break into the top six now look silly.

As for Arsenal, it’s not going much better for Arsene Wenger after last weekend’s 2-1 defeat at Watford.

Arsenal’s triple injury boost

But Arsenal should have three stars back in the fold for the Everton match at the weekend.

According to Football London, Alexis Sanchez, Aaron Ramsey and Laurent Koscielny are all set to be available for the Everton game. Readers are told:

(Sanchez and Ramsey) are expected to be fit in time to make the trip to Goodison on Sunday, having sat out the trip to Belgrade on Thursday night in the Europa League.

And in a further boost to Arsenal, Laurent Koscielny is also set to be available for the game against Everton – despite limping off at Vicarage Road.

Danny Welbeck (hamstring), Shkodran Mustafi (thigh) and Santi Cazorla (Achilles) will all miss next weekend’s game.

Francis Coquelin, meanwhile, is also on the comeback trail after injury.
