Aston Villa agree to sign Marvelous Nakamba

The spending spree at Villa Park continues.

The Villains look to have have blown through the 100 million pound spending mark, after reportedly sealing the acquisition of Marvelous Nakamba from Club Brugge.

Marvelous Nakamba is a 25-year-old Zimbabwean international.

Last season, Nakamba played 15 matches in the Belgian top flight for Club Brugge.

According to HLN reporter Kristof Terreur, the deal for Nakamba is “confirmed”.

Aston Villa will pay “more than 11 million pounds” for Nakamba:

Dean Smith has also been busy recruiting at the back.

Tyrone Mings has joined from Bournemouth, Matt Targett has signed on from Southampton, and Ezri Konsa moved from Brentford.

Also at the back, Villa have signed Björn Engels and Kortney Hause.

Further forward, Trezeguet, Anwar El Ghazi and Jota have also moved to Villa Park.
