Arsenal without Partey and Tierney for visit of Leeds
Duo set to miss out
Arsenal have confirmed some early team news ahead of Sunday’s clash with Leeds United at the Emirates, with Thomas Partey and Kieran Tierney set to miss out.

Partey came off with 15 minutes to go during last week’s 1-0 defeat to Aston Villa, signalling that he was having issues with his leg. And the Gunners have confirmed that he is set to miss the Leeds game, having sustained a strain to his left hamstring.
Tierney is also set to sit out this weekend, as he continues to recover from a strain to his lower right leg, picked up against Newcastle in January.
However, the club have also provided some good news to manager Mikel Arteta, confirming that the Scot is expected to return to training next week.
Duo to return

Whilst Arteta will have to find alternatives for two of his best players this weekend, he will be able to call upon David Luiz and Bernd Leno, who both return from one game suspensions picked up during a recent defeat to Wolves.
Though Arsenal would of course rather have a full team out, Leeds do have a poor record in London, having only picked up a single point in the capital since the start of last season. For all of their attacking flair under Marcelo Bielsa, the Whites have struggled in London, suffering heavy defeats to Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Spurs already this season.
