As per a report from Football-Italia, all of Arsenal, Tottenham and West Ham United are eyeing the summer signature of Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic.
Perisic, a 30-year-old winger, has been on Inter’s books since the summer of 2015, when he made the move to the San Siro from Wolfsburg for 16 million Euro.
And the seasons since have seen the Croatian go on to play an integral role for the Nerazzurri, with Perisic’s pace, power, hammer of a left-foot and eye for goal having seen him directly contribute to 60 Serie A goals over the last 4 campaigns.
However, on the back his stellar exploits at the World Cup last summer, Perisic has largely struggled for form to this point in the current season.
Across 38 appearances, the experienced wide-man has managed 6 goals and 4 assists.
As such, subsequent rumours emerged throughout the Italian media in January that Inter were ready to part ways with Perisic.
Such claims were quickly followed by a number of reports across both the English and Italian media, confirming that Premier League outfit Arsenal had emerged as serious suitors for Perisic:
Arsenal have made an approach to sign Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic. #AFC want loan with £35m option to buy. 29yo open to #Inter exit. Fits plan of versatile midfielder e.g. Suarez (still possible) / Nkunku + winger. Unclear if injuries mean defender wanted but Sokratis not bad

However, it was subsequently revealed that the Gunners’ loan proposal for the Croat had been firmly knocked back by Inter, with the Nerazzurri having been determined to secure either a permanent sale, or loan with obligation to buy in the summer.

Perisic’s Premier League links
But, as per the aforementioned update courtesy of Football-Italia this morning, Perisic’s Premier League switch could yet come to fruition in the summer.
Arsenal are said to be ready to reignite their pursuit of the Croatian, with Unai Emery’s men set to be joined by London rivals Tottenham and West Ham in the Perisic sweepstakes
Inter, for their part, ‘are willing to listen to any offer they deem satisfactory’.
As such, a bid in the region of 35 to 40 million Euro would likely be enough to coax the gifted winger away from the San Siro.
