Arsenal & Real Madrid
According to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo on Wednesday, Arsenal are lining up two deals with Real Madrid.
Both deals surround offensive players, as Arsenal are tipped to sign Lucas Vazquez and Mariano Diaz.
Lucas Vazquez, 28, is under contract at Real Madrid until 2021.
Last season, Lucas Vazquez appeared in 31 matches for Los Blancos.
In total, Vazquez notched five goals and four assists in 2018/19.
MD confirm that Vazquez isn’t in Zinedine Zidane’s plans for next season.
Moreover, it’s reported that Arsenal are prepared to pay 40 million euros.
‘Why Lucas Vazquez won’t join the Gunners’
Earlier in the week, it was reported that Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez won’t be signing for Arsenal.
Spanish radio station Onda Cero confirmed:
Lucas Vazquez may be leaving Real Madrid, but he won’t be joining Arsenal.
It was claimed that Arsenal have zero interest in Vazquez and, contrary to reports, the Gunners have not made a bid for the player.

Returning to Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal are also linked to signing Real Madrid forward Mariano Diaz.
25-year-old Diaz is under contract with Real Madrid until 2023.
The centre-forward moved to the Santiago Bernabeu in 2018.
MD say that Arsenal are hoping to sign Diaz for 20 million euros.
Do Arsenal have the budget to do these deals?
MD’s suggestion that Arsenal are willing to spend 60 million euros (around 54 million pounds) on these two Real Madrid players runs contrary to previous reports about the size of Arsenal’s transfer budget.
It’s been repeatedly stated that Arsenal only have 40 million pounds to spend this summer.
