Arsenal held at home by Spurs
Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham side continued their unbeaten start to the season, coming from behind to draw 1-1 with North London rivals Arsenal.
The Gunners took the lead through a Kevin Wimmer own goal but, returning from injury, a Harry Kane penalty secured an important point for the away side.
Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ramsey woeful
Arsene Wenger’s substitutions have been working wonders in recent weeks but today’s incoming duo of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Aaron Ramsey certainly did not.
Arsenal were completely dominant in the first half but found themselves coming up against a reinvigorated Tottenham side after the break.
The two British midfielders – Ramsey and Oxlade-Chamberlain – entered the fray midway through the second half but were both atrocious.
Arsenal fans on Twitter took their frustration out on Ramsey and the Ox. See the best tweets below.
Worst cameo appearance by the Ox since that time Eboue went off crying

Ox and Ramsey have really not helped us.

Hate Ramsey more than my ex that cheated on me.

Absolutely disgraceful. Never want to see Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in an Arsenal shirt again. Worst performance I've ever seen.

Aaron Ramsey LEAVE MY CLUB need to get the Emirates to boo him so hard he can't handle it and gets benched

You're telling me Joel Campbell and Serge Gnabry were considered worse options than the Ox?

Ramsey wants to take the glory from 40 yards when he has 5 options available
— Osman (@OsmanZtheGooner) November 6, 2016
I’d fine The Ox for his performance today.

A game where the subs damaged us. Ox and Ramsey were terrible

Oxlade Chamberlain is not Arsenal level. He's a mid table team player. He's good but not good enough.

This is Arsenal not Wales, Ramsey. Play football.
