Manchester United vs Arsenal
Arsenal travelled to Manchester United on Wednesday evening as they looked to extend their unbeaten run.
Arsenal lost their opening two games of the season vs Manchester City and Chelsea.
However, they have since gone unbeaten in their following 19 games across all competitions.
With Arsenal only 4th on goal difference, a win vs Man United was of paramount importance if they wished to stay in a Champions League spot.
As for Man United, they started the day in 7th place and are having a horrible start to the season.
United had failed to win any of their last three league games before Arsenal and their defence has been very poor.
Herrera offside before Martial’s equaliser
After smashing Tottenham 4-2 on Sunday, Arsenal would continue their fine form early in the United clash.
The sometimes questionable Shkodran Mustafi would give the Gunners the lead in the 26th minute with Lucas Torreira providing the assist.
However, as has often been the case with United this season, once they went behind they actually started playing well.
Their new found dominance would be rewarded in the 30th minute as Anthony Martial made it 1-1.
But Arsenal fans are not happy with the equaliser as it was quite obvious that Ander Herrera, the man who set up Martial, was offside leading up to the goal.
United equalise through Martial. Looks like Herrera was offside there but Guendouzi gave a needless free kick away in the first place. 1-1.

As a result, Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to express their displeasure.
Should have been offside, surely?
Poor defending from Arsenal nonetheless.

Martial dive. Free kick saved by Leno. Pull back out it in by Martial. Offside as well.

Offside. Joke decision!

Man Utd are pay
To win. Blatant offside, look out for the wads of cash falling out of the refs pocket.

VAR where are you. Herrera, who was first to the ball to keep it alive, was offside. Shouldn’t have counted. #Arsenal
