Arsenal: Eddie Nketiah heading to Leeds, Shkodran Mustafi may leave today & Hector Bellerin injury boost

Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah heading to Leeds

Leeds United look set to sign Arsenal’s Eddie Nketiah on loan.

The BBC’s David Ornstein has confirmed that Arsenal’s 20-year-old striker is traveling to Leeds on Thursday morning.

It’s claimed that Leeds’ director of football, Victor Orta, “made (an) impressive late pitch” to convince Nketiah to join.

The Arsenal forward has also been chased by Bristol City, Fortuna Düsseldorf and Swansea City.

Shkodran Mustafi may leave today

If Shkodran Mustafi leaves Arsenal, many Gunners’ fans will consider this to be the best transfer window in years.

On transfer deadline day, Sky Sports have claimed that Mustafi may leave the Emirates Stadium today.

It’s unclear where Mustafi may go, although it’s claimed that he could join a Ligue 1 side.

In addition, it’s unclear whether any deal for Mustafi would be a loan or a permanent transfer.

Hector Bellerin injury boost

Hector Bellerin suffered a horrific season-ending injury against Chelsea last season.

Bellerin suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament back in January.

The right-back needed to have surgery in Spain to aid his recovery.

In a piece of positive news days before the start of the new Premier League season, Bellerin has confirmed that he’s a couple of weeks away from returning to training.

Bellerin believes he could be back in Unai Emery’s side within two months.
