Andreas Pereira lifts the lid on Mourinho vs Pogba
At the end of September, a video of Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba at Manchester United training went viral.
The clip was published by Sky Sports News, and came the day after Manchester United had been dumped out the Carabao Cup by Derby County on penalties.
It featured Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho having an exchange of words that looks anything but friendly between the pair.
Pogba can clearly be seen to have been taken aback by the discussion as he continues training. Watch the clip here:

Andreas Pereira confirms reason behind Jose Mourinho-Paul Pogba disagreement
Manchester United’s predicament would get worse before it improved as subsequent to the Derby defeat they lost 3-1 away at West Ham.
Jose Mourinho’s side have turned things round somewhat with a home draw against Valencia followed by a 3-2 comeback victory over Newcastle.
Manchester United do have a tough time after the international break with huge games against the likes of Chelsea, Juventus and Manchester City.
Brazilian midfielder Andreas Pereira has been speaking to UOL Esporte where he explained what Mourinho and Pogba were arguing about in the clip above.
Pereira: “There was a mood about it”
During the Derby County loss, a picture of Pogba laughing and uploading a video to Instagram went viral.
It looked as if Pogba had pushed content onto Instagram during Manchester United’s humiliating defeat.
Pereira: “We were winning the game 1-0 at the time of the video. Then we lost the game, and people said that Pogba posted later. But he posted before.”
Pereira continued: “The manager thought that Pogba had posted later. He asked him why that had happened. There was a mood about it. These things happen out here in England. But I have nothing to do with it.”
Pereira on his relationship with Jose Mourinho
The 22-year-old Brazilian midfielder also told UOL Esporte about his relationship with Jose Mourinho:
“The relationship is good, it’s cool. I have a very good relationship with him, with the players and he also has a good relationship with the players. We don’t feel that pressure coming from outside. Everyone says that he’s being sacked. We do not feel that. I don’t usually have any English media on my phone so I don’t get intoxicated with everything they say. He’s our manager, we give our life on the pitch for him and for us too. Everyone is very calm, very focused and very happy.”
