AFC Ajax welcome Tottenham Hotspur to the Johan Cruyff ArenA tomorrow for the second-leg of their Champions League semi-final tie.

The Dutch side lead the tie 1-0 courtesy of Donny van de Beek’s first-half strike in north London.

However, Ajax’s manager, Erik ten Hag, has delivered some negative team news ahead of Wednesday’s clash.

Erik ten Hag has revealed that David Neres is a slight injury doubt to face Tottenham tomorrow, reports PA Sport Tottenham correspondent Jonathan Veal.

Speaking about the injury, ten Hag revealed:

The Brazilian forward remains expected to play, but there are now question marks over his fitness.

He will train this afternoon with the Dutch club and they will have a better idea of where he is at after the session.

Neres almost produced a crucial moment in the tie when his effort hit the inside of the post in the first-leg.

He also proved to be a thorn in the side of Spurs and Ajax will be desperate to have him back tomorrow.
